How to recover server access if you lose your password
We do not keep records of your password and we HIGHLY recommend not changing your IDRAC password provided to you. You are responsible to maintain your OS password.

What if I lose my Two-factor authentication code due to changing my phone?
To reset your Two-factor authentication (2FA), please use the 'email me a code' link. Once you are logged in you will be able to update your 2FA by folowing these steps: Click on My Account > My User Profile > Security Tab > Two-step verification. Follow the instructions on screen to disable and then re-enable your two-factor authentication
